Timeliness
We appreciate you being on-time for your appointment. Clients running 10 minutes or more past their scheduled time will either be rescheduled or have their services adjusted, at the discretion of the stylist.
 
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask for a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to fill our stylist’s time, and their time is valuable, just like yours.

No Shows
We offer appointment confirmation through emails, phone calls and texting, to remind you of your upcoming salon reservation.  A No-Show affects the livelihood of the salon and your stylist.  All future appointments after a No-Show will require a non-refundable credit card deposit of $50, which will be applied to your services when you do show.

Children

We love kids; really, we do, but please make arrangements for your children to stay at home or with a friend. Do not bring your child to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. (We accept kids for services beginning at age 6.)  Our goal is a to provide a relaxing and professional experience for you and all of our clients here at The Rainbow Room.

Deposits
Due to the cost, time and/or complexity of certain salon services, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit for certain reservations, including, but not limited to special occasion styles and color services.
