Position #1
This position is designed for a new designer interested in starting their career out in a direction that will help them became a quality hair dresser by the way of further education based on systems.
By systems, I mean a system for handling people (the client) a system for hair cutting so your hair cuts looks like a pro and functions as you want them to. A system for hair color, your color results will be what you want them to be , as well as being able to correct what comes your way.
This position starts out with a 20-30 hour work week @ $10.00 per hour with paid training classes twice a month for two hours each session. In 9 months the hours increase to 30-35 hours a week @$10.00 per hour , and paid training twice a month for two hours each session.
These systems have proven themselves for the right person. One of our new designers is currently making $600 per week working 4 days in her first year.
Position #2
This position is designed for designers that have two or more years of experience in the field. They must want to further their skills by being open to new systems of their profession . These systems have proven to increase income up to but not limited to $2000.00 per week, working 40 hours, based on a 50% commision rate.
Rainbow Room Color Salon is dedicated to education and training for their staff as well as cultivating a new client base for their designers.
The first six months of 2009 (Jan.-June) the salon generated 131 new clients for our designers to work with.
